about Jessica

Always chasing a seventy degree sunny afternoon, coffee in one hand & a book in the other. Will probably psychoanalyze you at some point, because figuring out the threads of someone’s soul is beautiful every time. Adamant about the following: you can never have too many throw blankets, avocado is good on everything, & bugs are the scariest things God ever made. Firm believer in messy people, Jesus, and creativity. Only realizing now that this reads like a Craigslist post.

On the more official side of things, I’m a born in Virginia girl living in Nashville, Tennessee. I spend my most of my days knee-deep in words: writing here, speaking around the country, and crafting copy for freelance projects. It’s the job of my dreams – I still can’t believe I get paid to do it. My first book, #Stolen, addresses the world of social media & the ways it’s shaped our identities in recent years, and it’s available at Barnes & NobleAmazon, and a few other great retailers now!
